Who We Are

Applied Research Solutions, Inc. (ARS) is a proven small business based in Dayton, Ohio with 12 years of operational experience across the Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence, and Federal market segments. Since our founding, ARS has had the privilege of supporting numerous projects and programs at the forefront of the DoD’s extensive effort to develop secure, next-generation IT assets and approaches that better equip and protect the warfighter. ARS is a long-standing & proud Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Strategic Services (AZS) partner and Prime Contractor for the Engineering, Professional and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) contract on both PEO C&N, and the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) efforts. ARS is also a trusted business partner for several other EPASS Prime Contractors, performing work in AFLCMC/WAQ (F-15), AFLCMC/WN, AFLCMC/HB, SSC/SZQ, and AFIT. Across these task orders, we have consistently provided exceptional performance on highly relevant and similarly challenging mission support work.

To support the Air Force Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Cyber and Networks (C&N) Directorate (AFLCMC/HN), we have assembled a team of companies with tremendous geographical reach and success on major support contracts. Each teammate has demonstrated stellar records of delivering the highly specialized needs for this effort, including Cybersecurity and Cryptologic support, International Program support, Agile Management, Aerial Networks and Flight Worthiness expertise, Enterprise IT as a Service and other rapid acquisition approaches, and special projects.

Contract Scope

AFLCMC/HN has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for connecting warfighters with affordable, secure, and war-winning cyber, Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence (C3I), and network systems. To meet current and projected workload requirements in support of AFLCMC/HN, the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities at Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support.
